*Screen*...8/10
The screen on the Hp Pavilion dv6 can get Very bright. It can also get very Dark if you are in a position where there is a lot of light coming in the room. I also admire that the laptop has the option of customizing the number of vigor the computer gives off. There are also radiance operate keys on the F2 and F3 keys which are very helpful. The reason I gave the screen an 8 out of 10 was generally because of the glossy screen, which can be very annoying sometimes. However, the glossy screen allows more vibrant colors to be showed on the 15.6" display.
*Performance*...7.5/10
The Intel Core i3 processor is a very nice processor to me but the exact opposite for others. people have said that i3 is sort of slower than other processors like Intel Core i5 or i7. If you're a basic web surfer and you use about only half of the computer's hard drive, like me, you might disagree with this. The i3 processor is excellent for me who, like many others, watch YouTube videos and communicate with distinct people over the Internet. When you have more demanding applications like the Adobe Creative Suite you should spend in an Intel Core i5 or i7 greatest processor instead of i3. For my needs, i3 gets the job done perfectly, if annoying every once in a while.
*Memory*...9/10
A hard drive of 500Gb and a Ram of 4Gb is assuredly a lot of memory if you think about it. I have so far used about half of the computer's hard drive and it seems perfectly normal; it still acts like it's brand new. 4Gb of memory is excellent if you are playing at most 4 games on your computer. I currently play two games for my computer: The Sims 2 fancy and Roller Coaster Tycoon 3. I can play these games very efficiently, much to my surprise. Once again, if you have many demanding applications that you use, you should make sure to spend in a computer that has a hard drive of 500-1000Gb and a memory of 8-16Gb. For me and, if you meet the requirements, for you, this is a good memory capacity for a laptop.
*Design*...10/10
This computer feels like a work of art to me. It has this great texture on the back of the screen that looks and feels very animated (this is also settled next to the trackpad). The glowing circle on the back of the screen is my popular part about the design, which signals if the computer is on or off. On the left of the computer are the fan, the printer port, the Ethernet port, the Hdmi port, the Sata port, the Usb 2.0, the microphone and headphone jacks, and the Sd card slot. On the right side of the computer are the Remington lock, the power cable port, other Usb 2.0, the disk drive, and other Usb 2.0. The computer seems to be very lightweight when held up and also seems to be very slim. One of the most approved computers I've seen.
*Battery*...5/10
This is, I think, the only flaw in the computer. I have to do a lot of investigate for school on this computer and when I have several applications open, it lasts, on average, for3.5 hours. If you enable the Power Saver option in the preinstalled Hp Power owner application, you might get to at most 5 hours. This is an annoying problem for people who are traveling for business. For me, it isn't a serious flaw, but it could be for other people. I would advise getting a second battery if you needed it.
*Keyboard*...10/10
I am in love with this keyboard. The chiclet-style keys make everything easier for when I type, especially with the noise level. Most of the desktop computers that I have used had very noisy keyboards, but the chiclet keyboard erases practically all sound. The keyboard never gets too dirty but avoid the keyboard when you have greasy hands because one bit of grease makes the keyboard horrible to use. My transition from old-school keyboards to chiclet keyboards was very easy, but it's hard going back to the old school keyboards. I highly advise this keyboard.
*Trackpad*...7/10
Trust me when I say that this trackpad is not the many in the world. There are only two ways to categorize this trackpad: it works or it becomes annoying. For me, it seems to cooperate most of the time, but sometimes it can be horrible to use with messy hands. My hands are normally very dry and that I have found is the best kind of hand you could have for this trackpad. The biggest accomplishment this computer has is the option to turn off the trackpad immediately. All you have to do is double-tap the upper-left angle of the trackpad to turn it off. This helps if I'm just typing a term paper or when my hands don't want to get in the way. If you need to, get a Usb mouse and save a lot of trouble.
*Overview*...8/10
This computer is great and I highly advise it for most Internet users. However, if you use more demanding applications and spend more time on the Internet, buy a more remarkable computer. This computer is for those who use the Internet a lot, but less than some. If you are just looking for a transported computer that is remarkable yet simple, friendly, and artistic, this is the excellent computer for you.
Note: When you get the computer, there will not be a whole lot of information included with the box. This was fine for me because I have already used computers before, but if you are an absolute beginner to using computers and don't know anyone about them, buy a manual off of Amazon or any other carrier.
When you turn on the computer, I advise that you install Google Chrome and/or Mozilla Firefox because Ie is a lot slower than these cool browsers. I did this and I am very impressed by the results.

I now have Minecraft for this laptop and it is a diminutive slow. So, with this computer, Minecraft is sometimes slow, normally when the render length is "normal" and the graphics "fancy".
